Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
At A. Simons Studio, appointment times are reserved specifically for each guest. Please review the following policy before booking:
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance may be changed at no charge.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service total.
• No-show appointments (missing an appointment without notice) will incur a fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service total.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service modified or rescheduled depending on the remaining appointment time.
• Emergencies, I understand that unexpected situations happen. If an emergency arises, please contact me as soon as possible, and accommodations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
